Post: Service Manager Employment and Training

Hours: Full Time Equivalent (36.5 hours per week)

Salary: £29, 909 - £32,233 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join our forward-thinking organisation to manage the effective delivery of a new project in the Black Country and the South Staffordshire area, supporting disabled people and those with long term health conditions towards and into work.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven candidate with a proven track record in overseeing the successful delivery of employment and training programmes; a working knowledge of the local employment and training market; and previous experience of supporting and empowering clients towards and into work.  Candidates must hold an NQF level 3 or equivalent qualification in advice and guidance and/or a relevant level 3 teacher/training qualification.
